Our Commitment

Rabta is a marriage-focused app designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We are committed to maintaining a safe platform and taking all necessary measures to prevent, detect, and respond to any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors.

Age Restrictions

Rabta enforces strict age requirements to ensure minors cannot access the platform:

• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Date of birth is required during registration and is verified against a minimum age threshold.
• Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and permanently removed.

Prevention Measures

We employ the following measures to prevent CSAE on our platform:

• Age verification: All users must provide their date of birth during sign-up. Users under 18 are blocked from registering.
• Profile moderation: User profiles and photos are subject to review and moderation to detect inappropriate content.
• Reporting tools: Users can report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior directly within the app.
• Content monitoring: We actively monitor for content that may involve or depict minors in any inappropriate context.

Detection and Reporting

If we detect or receive reports of any CSAE content or behavior:

• The offending content is immediately removed from the platform.
• The associated account is permanently banned.
• We report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
• We preserve relevant evidence as required by applicable law.

In-App Reporting

Rabta provides in-app tools that allow users to report child safety concerns easily and directly. Users can report profiles, messages, or any content that raises child safety concerns. All reports are reviewed promptly by our team.
