Welcome to Rabta. By downloading, accessing, or using the Rabta mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Rabta is a product of Mailapp.app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Rabta. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
When using Rabta, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Create a fake or misleading profile.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam.
- Upload content that is offensive, obscene, or promotes hatred.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
- Use the App to solicit money from other users.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
- Share other users' private information without their consent.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on Rabta, including photos, messages, and profile information. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
5. Matching and Communication
Rabta facilitates introductions between users. We do not guarantee any outcomes from using the App. You are responsible for your own interactions with other users and should exercise caution when communicating with people you meet through the App.
6. Privacy
Your use of Rabta is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Safety
While we take measures to verify users and maintain a safe community, we cannot guarantee the identity or behaviour of any user. We encourage you to:
- Never share financial information with other users.
- Meet in public places for first meetings.
- Report any suspicious or inappropriate behaviour.
- Trust your instincts and block users who make you uncomfortable.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Rabta offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans: Rabta Gold and Rabta Premium. These are available in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year durations.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your device Settings (Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android).
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to accounts involved in harassment, fraud, or misrepresentation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rabta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mailapp.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from interactions with other users.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of Rabta after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
